Better choose this place to stay when in Heraklion. Gorgeous room, very kind staff and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Liked a mini-bar, climate control and a personal safe in the room. The breakfasts here were bountiful with fruit and nuts, for example. Great service throughout the hotel. Exceptional and top location - close to a ferry port.

I would be happy to recommend this stylish hotel and will be back. The beds were big, I slept well.

It was an extremely convenient, immaculately clean hotel. Substantial breakfast, excellent service. Nice garden and clean pool. I found fantastic aman "the garden" restaurant within walking distance of the property. I had the brunch there.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Very lovely stay in the central area. Stuff was informative, rooms are nicely furnished, and I loved VERY COMFY location. Sumptuous breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Btw, went to city center, located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Relaxing base for exploring Heraklion. Excellent location, free parking, very good breakfast. View from our sunny balcony was fantastic! It is found in a pedestrian area.

perfect place for 2 nights. comforts of executive room were fabulous - a heating system, a personal safe and a multi-channel television. being just next door to amalias kitchen was nice, we had dinner there.
